Positive review long overdue. Brian and Ian helped take care of nail in tire. Had ordered a new tire thinking it was not fixable, but they were able to get it fixed. Saved me money on a new tire. The folks here work hard and are always very helpful. Thanks again!

I had a mixed experience at Discount Tire in Bellevue. One of my rental customers brought my vehicle here after hitting a road hazard that caused a flat tire. I appreciate the technician who installed my spare tire so I could safely drive the vehicle to another shop for a replacement. That professionalism is the reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, my experience with the tire inspection was very different. The salesperson told my customer the vehicle had tread depth that made it unsafe to drive and that all four tires needed to be replaced immediately. This completely frightened my customer. They contacted me believing I had rented them an unsafe vehicle and even stated they were considering reporting my company for providing an unsafe rental car. Although the flat tire was caused by a road hazard while the vehicle was in the customer's possession, I still reimbursed them for one day of their rental and covered the cost of the damaged tire replacement out of goodwill because of the unnecessary concern and disruption this caused. When I arrived, the salesperson showed me that his digital tread measurement device measured the tread at 2/32". I asked him to

Came in just to get my tires checked and ended up driving out with a brand-new set in under an hour. What stood out most was that there was zero pressure—they walked me through where my tires actually stood, laid out my options honestly, and let me make the call without any pushy upsell. The whole thing was fast, straightforward, and easy. I really appreciated being treated like a customer instead of a sales target. Highly recommend Discount Tire if you want quick, no-nonsense service from people who are upfront with you.

Absolute night-and-day difference compared to my experience elsewhere. I walked into Discount Tire in Bellevue after a frustrating experience at a neighboring tire shop, expecting at best to schedule an inspection for a slow tire air leak. Instead, I experienced some of the best customer service I’ve had at an automotive shop. I had already narrowed the issue down to what seemed like a valve-related leak rather than a puncture. I called Discount Tire, explained the situation, and they simply said to bring the car in. When I arrived, Brian was the person I spoke with. He listened to the issue, walked with me to the car, took a look, quickly identified the valve core as the problem, grabbed the right tool, tightened it on the spot, confirmed the leak was resolved, and had me back on the road in minutes. What stood out most was the attitude. No upselling, no unnecessary complexity, no trying to turn a simple issue into an expensive repair. Just straightforward help from someone who clearly knew what they were doing and wanted to get me safely back on the road. The best part? They didn’t charge me a penny. Brian even gave me the valve tool for free so I’d have it in case this happ

I had a great experience at Discount Tire today. My tire pressure warning light came on this morning, so I first went to Toyota to refill the air. But later in the afternoon, the warning light showed up again. I stopped by Discount Tire to check what was going on, and to my surprise, they fixed the issue completely for free. The staff were very friendly, professional, and efficient. I really didn’t expect this level of service. Truly appreciate their help — highly recommend!
